The RHSC was first established in July 2000 at the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy, and ran successfully until the end of 2005, when, due to unforeseen circumstances, it entered a period of hibernation. The Centre, now supported by the Higher Council for Science and Technology, resumed its operations in 2007. Thus, this Archive reflects reports and events conducted between 2000 and 2005 and will be updated periodically with Archives since 2007.
